Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Clients who fail to show for appointment will be charged a no show fee and asked to pre-pay for future service.
We ask clients to reschedule their appointment if they are experiencing any of the following:
Diarrhea, vomiting, fever, sore throat, poison ivy, flu, common cold, chicken pox, head lice, cold sore, impetigo, ringworm, or anything that is or could be contagious. Cancellation fee will be waived due to sickness if appointment is rescheduled.
Sexual misconduct will not be tolerated. Any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of treatment and client will be liable for full payment of treatment.
We do not grant partial or full refunds.
